For certified freedivers (minimum Level 1 or equivalent), we offer full-day private and group sessions focused on improving your technique or simply enjoying fun dives.

Our instructors provide personalized coaching for areas such as equalization, body position, visualization, and mental barriers.

If you prefer to relax and enjoy the underwater world, you can choose fun dives with buddying, underwater photos, and videos. You can also combine training and fun dives during the same day.

Requirements

• Freediving Level 1 certification or equivalent.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Ages 16–17 allowed with parental or guardian consent.
• Must be able to swim.
