Personalized Freediving Coaching

For certified freedivers who want to improve their skills, we offer personalized training sessions with professional coaching.

Our instructors help you identify and improve common diving challenges such as deep equalization, streamlined body position, visualization, and mental barriers.

The session can be an official training session with the buoy and line, or a fun-dive session with underwater photos and videos.

Preparation & Stretching

Before the water session, we complete the necessary paperwork and have a stretching session to prepare for the dive.

Requirements

• Hold a freediving certification of at least Level 1 or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Ages 16–17 are accepted with parental or guardian consent
• Be able to swim

Training Location & Transfer

Our office in Hurghada is used for booking courses and trips. Training sessions take place in Makadi Bay, where the water is generally calmer and more protected from currents and waves.

Round-trip transfer is included, so we pick you up from your hotel anywhere in Hurghada and bring you back after the session.
