Discovery Freediving Course

For anyone who has always wanted to experience the captivating world of freediving but has never had the chance to do so, this comprehensive course is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the essential principles of freediving.

You will learn vital skills that include techniques for achieving relaxation of both body and mind, effective finning strategies, the art of duck diving, and the important practice of equalization. Throughout the course, you will engage in practical exercises that will enhance your comfort and confidence in the water. By the end of this course, you will be well-equipped to safely freedive alongside a buddy or a professional guide, reaching depths of up to **10 meters** while enjoying the beauty of the underwater world.

The Discovery course consists of a short classroom theory session, followed by a ‘dry’ breathing and relaxation practice session. Finally, there is an open water session where you will put into practice all the fundamental freediving concepts learned so far. There are no performance requirements and more importantly, there’s no pressure, so just come along, relax and enjoy!
